Project Manager

Job Descriptions:

  • Preferably Chinese candidates well-versed/written in Mandarin & English

Project Supervisor / Executive

Job Descriptions:

  • Supervision in ELV services including Cctv, Card Access, Smatv, Fireman Intercom, Intercom System, P.A System of building construction.
  • To supervise site operations to meet project deadlines in accordance with the project schedule layouts, drawings, and specifications.
  • Attend project monitoring site work progress, sub-con & workers attendance.
  • Monitoring delivery of construction materials and ensure that quantity & quality as per the p/o.
  • Liaison with the main contractors’ builders, consultants, other m & e-services.
  • Manage site inspections, defect servicing and maintenance works.
  • Responsible & able to work independently and any other duties / task as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least High School/SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin Speaking Clients.

Project Engineer

Job Descriptions:

  • To coordinate with site operations team to meet project deadlines in accordance with the project schedule.
  • Participate in Elv Services Including Cctv, Card Access, Smatv, Fireman Intercom, Intercom System, P.A System of building construction.
  • Analyzing technical drawings, interpreting specifications and determining the systems requirements of a given project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards.
  • Liaising with other engineers and clients to ensure overall customer satisfaction and attend to all site coordination meeting held at the project site.
  • Prepare project schedule, plan and specifications by calculating time requirements.
  • Prepare project status reports and recommend actions; monitor project progress and revise plan accordingly.
  • Schedule, control project expenditures and monitor all equipment and materials weekly.
  • Responsible & able to work independently and any other duties / task as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Any Engineering Field or equivalent.
  • Related working experience in ELV/ICT/BMS/FTTH will be an added advantage.
  • Good command of language; both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • The ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Technical Manager

Job Descriptions:

  • To perform all necessary tasks related to company systems and projects including troubleshooting any technical issues.
  • Provide guidance for all members of the team when it comes to designing, implementing and systems integration.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of any system through all steps of the process.
  • Make sure that all procedures are documented for reference and that all of the members of the it team are trained to handle any situation.

Technical Engineer /Service Technician

Job Descriptions:

  • Experienced and knowledge in Electrical, Cctv, Card Access, Pa Systems, Intercom and ELV related system and products.
  • Plan, design and conduct specialized and end-user training for group or individual.
  • Ensure engineering work, equipment and materials are in accordance to contract and drawing specification.
  • Assist in resources planning, machinery allocation on a day to day basic to ensure work at site are carried out in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for testing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking systems to meet the needs of the company and projects.
  • Represent the company in meetings with clients or site personnel, discuss and troubleshoot any problem or dispute on site.
  • Control and reduce material usage and wastage control to contain and reduce project expenditure without compromising the quality requirement.
  • Report site progress weekly to line manager to keep the management informed of the latest progress of all projects in hand.
  • Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic) Or Equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.

Contract / Tender Executive

Job Descriptions:

  • Formulate competitive bids/estimates/quotations, taking into account the best available product mix and appropriate technical and commercial considerations.
  • Sourcing for contractors / suppliers. Cost negotiations with suppliers / clients / consultants.
  • Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs.
  • Identify potential vendors for equipment and materials required in the project and technically evaluate supplier offers to check match with specifications.
  • To provide full support to the tender department in all typing, filing, and general administrative works. Attend tender interview/clarification and kick-off meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation of all necessary project documentation in line with the tender specifications.
  • Prepare bill of quantities and cost estimates and variations cost for projects.
  • Communicates any changes before proposal submission and follow up for additional required documents after submission.
  • Maintain and monitor records of outstanding tender submissions and ongoing tender processes.
  • Conducting online research and preparing write up to contribute to the proposal submission.
  • Writing proposal cover letters and correspondence to government authorities, associations, and suppliers for any project collaboration.
  • Coordinate workflow among the project team. Interact with project team on project activities/ status.

Requirements:

Account / Admin Executive

Job Descriptions:

Accounting
  • Responsible for full spectrum of finance duties; including financial operations, accounting and management reporting.
  • Formulates and monitors policies and procedures which are in relation to accounting standards, credit control and internal controls.
  • In charge of full set of accounts & ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly financial statements and reports.
  • To ensure all invoices, journals are timely and accurately posted to the accounting system.
  • Cash flow management, budgeting, financial analysis and monthly accounting reconciliations.
  • Liaise with external parties i.e. Auditor, tax agents, company secretary and banker for banking related matters.

Job Descriptions:

  • Liaising with government department and logistics companies involved.
  • To involve in planning and coordinating the procurement of materials including liaison with local and overseas suppliers.
  • To issue purchase order and follow up with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods ordered.
  • To maintain active vendors and suppliers, including new and alternative vendors/suppliers’ acquisition when required, negotiation for best pricing and termination of non-performing vendors/suppliers.

Job Descriptions:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations in a warehouse.
  • Supervise loading and unloading operations.
  • Prepare shipping documentation and other related paperwork.
  • Supervise forklift, lift truck and pallet jack operations.
  • Order, receive and maintain equipment, materials and tools.
